Positive Behaviour support

As an NDIS registered provider, we offer Positive Behaviour Support to adults in their home, community or care environment.  Where possible, we like to work closely with participants and their families, carers and other supports as part of a broader multidisciplinary team. This approach allows for better care coordination and integration of diverse health disciplines.

We work with you to build meaningful working documents and implement behaviour support strategies to support an increase in positive behaviours, participation, and independence in daily life.

As part of this service, individual and personalised behaviour support plans will be developed and implemented in accordance with NDIA requirements.
